Job summary

Bullhorn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex client software implementations within the Professional Services and PMO teams. You will ensure governance, resource alignment, and adherence to scope, timeline, and budget to deliver high CSAT throughout the engagement lifecycle.

The role partners with Customers, Sales, Solution Consultants, and Engineers to translate requirements into executable plans, manage risk, and provide clear executive‑level status updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience managing complex, external client-facing software implementation projects.
• Experience delivering ERP/HCM/CRM or large-scale SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to define and manage scope, schedules and budgets for enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Scrum or Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple, concurrent, large-scale client software implementation projects.
• Translate complex requirements into defined project plans and governance structures.
• Own project status, issues, and outcomes, driving solutions to resolution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Communicate with client and vendor stakeholders at executive levels.
• Oversee budgets, hours, and expenses with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements and mentoring of junior staff.
