Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate in Central Strategy & Operations to shape delivery efficiency and build logistics systems. You will translate data into actionable initiatives, owning end-to-end projects and partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to improve efficiency, customer experience, and the bottom line.

You will operate in a hybrid model, spending time in your home office, offsites, and on-site at DoorDash facilities, reporting to an Associate Manager.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of professional experience in strategy, product operations or business operations roles.
• BS/BA Degree preferably in Analytics, Economics, Business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex data into actionable insights for initiatives.
• Improve operational efficiency and customer experience through data-driven decisions.
• Design new systems and optimize existing operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance.
• Own and deliver on improving key efficiency metrics.
