Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or strategy
• Experience with SAS, SQL, STATA, Python, R, or Scala
• Consulting or market research experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with analytical rigor and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Dig into data and develop creative analyses to answer business questions from senior leaders across the company
• Develop and execute analysis plans using internal and external data sources
• Assist in building proprietary datasets supporting Card and Bank businesses
• Support learning agendas, analytics plans and market research programs
• Partner with Strategy, LOB analysts and vendors to facilitate analysis work
• Develop recommendations from analyses to aid senior management decisions
• Communicate analysis findings and implications to Director+
