Altman Solon is seeking a Manager to lead cross-functional project teams in its TMT-focused strategy practice in the United States. The role centers on managing workstreams, developing quantitative models, and delivering client-ready recommendations.

You will guide junior staff, mentor teams, and contribute to business development while maintaining a strong client focus. The position offers a low-travel to moderate travel schedule, competitive compensation of about $220,000 plus performance

Qualifications

8–10 years of professional experience with some managerial exposure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to develop frameworks.
Experience leading client engagements and presenting findings.
Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

Plan and oversee day-to-day activities of project workstreams, managing teams of analysts and consultants.
Lead junior staff and coach them to develop skills and deliverables.
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable insights for clients.
Support business development efforts and client relationships.
