Altman Solon, a leading TMT strategy consulting group, seeks a Senior Consultant to guide project workstreams, develop analytical frameworks, and present findings to clients. You will lead day-to-day activities, mentor analysts, and contribute to business development and internal initiatives.

Available locations include Boston, MA; New York; Los Angeles; San Francisco. The role emphasizes a low-travel model, client interaction, and delivering actionable insights across multiple TMT sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or MBA with 3+ years in related area.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading project workstreams and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Guide day-to-day activities of one or more workstreams, owning a set of tasks.
• Perform market sizing, business model development, and quantitative analyses.
• Develop original frameworks and strategies for clients, including customer segmentation and go-to-market plans.
• Lead client presentations and contribute to the full project storyline.
• Manage Analysts, provide feedback, and support recruitment and internal initiatives.
