Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in strategy, consulting, business planning, or related fields.
• Experience solving complex problems and developing recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to connect data, insights, and strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building relationships across a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Support annual and multi-year planning efforts with goals, priorities, investments, and roadmaps.
• Develop recommendations and assessments to help leadership make informed decisions.
• Evaluate emerging opportunities, risks, and market trends impacting strategy.
• Lead strategic assessments, business cases, and initiative development.
• Partner with teams across CVS Health to evaluate and advance new ideas and opportunities.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Prepare executive presentations and decision-support materials.
