Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession.
• Related experience within management consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, product development, M&A, or similar roles
• Exposure to conducting insightful analysis and crafting clear, logically structured presentations
• Professional presence, including actively listening, empathizing, and communicating effectively
• Comfort in ambiguity and ability to simplify complex problems
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent relative work experience
• Health care experience with a payor, provider, and/or within value-based care preferred
• Growth mindset and commitment to deepening expertise across the healthcare industry preferred
• Background working in a matrixed environment preferred
