Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in the Resources space including market trends and challenges.
- 6+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent role.
- 4+ years experience leading multi-discipline teams.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Delivered and sold large multidimensional advisory programs in Resources.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, Oracle and SAP platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and delivery teams for Resources clients.
- Provide thought leadership on trends in digital transformation and customer operations.
- Grow client relationships and drive value creation across engagements.
- Coach junior team members and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
