Job summary

Kestra Financial, Inc. seeks a Senior Strategic Implementation Manager to lead the disciplined delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives in investment products and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Software Engineering.
• 2+ years experience in technical product management in an Agile environment.
• 5+ years in wealth management, investment operations, or trading.
• 3-5+ years leadership in strategic program/portfolio management within wealth management/fintech.
• Certifications: Series 7, 63 or 66 within 2 years; Series 65 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance and planning for priority investment product launches and platform initiatives.
• Lead coordination of launch campaigns including sales enablement, marketing, training, onboarding, and adoption tracking.
• Manage a prioritized portfolio of strategic initiatives for Investment Platforms & Products.
• Translate product strategy into executable implementation plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Support cross-functional teams across technology, compliance, business development, and operations.
• Establish agile delivery models and governance forums for transparent reporting and accountability.
