Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience.
• 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• 2 years of strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, execution, and follow‑through.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to translate priorities into structured execution.
• Strong problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear executive‑ready materials.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect workstreams to broader functional and business priorities.
• Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief People Officer of Corporate Functions, Programs Lead, and HR leaders to drive execution of strategic priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and coordinated follow‑through across key initiatives.
• Support alignment across leadership team priorities, ensuring initiatives, decisions, and resources are coordinated to service business needs.
• Help manage the operating rhythm for the leadership team, including governance and agenda planning.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and implementation of high‑impact projects and key initiatives across the function.
• Build structure and visibility around strategic priorities through project plans and progress updates.
• Support leaders in identifying risks and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Use data analysis and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization and decision‑making.
• Coordinate department‑level initiatives that advance functional priorities and improve effectiveness.
• Help drive process improvements, manage workflows, and support day‑to‑day operations.
• Support internal messaging and communications planning to reinforce priorities.
• Prepare briefing materials and executive‑ready content for leadership discussions.
• Build relationships across stakeholders with sound judgment and influencing skills.
• Execute assigned projects with effective stakeholder communication.
