Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Banking & Liquidity Solutions is seeking an Executive Director, Strategy and Execution Lead to steer strategic planning, business execution, reporting, and sales enablement initiatives.

You will partner with leaders and marketing to translate priorities into actionable plans, build scalable processes, and deliver measurable results that enhance client engagement and drive growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services with exposure to product management, sales, or business management functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate junior resources through coaching and day-to-day leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s strategic roadmap by defining the execution plan and tracking progress.
• Establish cadence for initiative tracking and performance reporting to leadership.
• Partner with management and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and identify growth opportunities.
• Design and scale go-to-market and sales enablement processes with field-ready content and materials.
• Manage a centralized resource hub for content and reporting across the organization.
• Balance run-the-business responsibilities with field enablement and client communications.
