BDO USA is seeking a Management Consulting Experienced Manager to lead client engagements across Strategy & 80/20, Back Office & Finance Transformation, Site Selection, M&A and Post-Merger Integration. You will manage engagements, develop deliverables, guide project teams, build client relationships, and identify opportunities for expanding the MC practice while traveling up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; focus in Finance, Business Administration, or Technology preferred.
• Six or more years of experience in strategy and planning project management, including gap analyses.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into action that drives measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead and adapt in collaborative environments with all leadership levels.

Responsabilités

• Acts as primary contact for clients on strategic transformations, including progress, challenges, and issues identified.
• Provides advanced deliverables and client solutions; prepares engagement budgets and pricing adjustments.
• Manages engagement economics to ensure metrics are achieved.
• Identifies, grows and maintains strategic client relationships with client personnel.
• Develops client strategies, prepares deliverables, facilitates meetings, and coordinates follow-up.
