Our client, global company that manufactures and sells consumer products for personal care, health, and hygiene is looking for a Business Transformation Consultant to join their Organizational Change Management team. This role is hybrid in Chicago, IL.

*This is a W2 contract that will go through the end of the year*

In this role, you will support initiatives and influence organizational change that balances market share, top line growth, profitability and balance sheet efficiency to create long term shareholder value.

What You Will Be Doing

• Identify relevant issues, clarify strategic choices and bring a point of view to the table that influences the direction of the organization
• Proactively bring forward insights and ideas
• Drive and lead things that matter across the business
• Provide a source of business knowledge and problem solving capabilities to drive insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of organization change or business transformation experience
• Experience leading and managing stakeholder engagement meetings
• Experience with organizational change and end user adoption
• Consumer goods or consumer product experience is highly preferred
