2. Identify relevant issues, clarify strategic choices, and bring a point of view that influences the organization's direction.
3. Seek someone with a combination of strategic thinking, stakeholder influencing skills, and the ability to solve business problems.
4. Facilitate processes and process improvements leveraging LEAN/Continuous Improvement techniques to increase efficiency within the sector.
5. Industry experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or large B2B company in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other roles with strategic content.
