E15 is seeking a Director of Strategy & Analytics for the Chicagoland area to lead analytics, pricing, and revenue optimization across concessions, premium, and retail. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, develop insights, and advance AI-enabled initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences. Onsite work in the Chicagoland area is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative, analytical consulting or client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics partner to senior client and Levy leadership.
• Own analytical view of venue, including pricing and operational decisions.
• Develop and deploy pricing, placement, and promotion strategies.
• Drive pricing strategies across concessions, premium, and retail.
• Develop reporting standards (heat maps, dashboards, slide decks).
• Translate guest insights into actionable recommendations.
