Job summary

VT Group (VTG) seeks a Senior Strategy Practitioner II in Chantilly, VA to support the annual Employee Climate Survey for a major government agency. You will drive analysis, scripting and reporting across the survey lifecycle, and prepare briefing decks for senior leaders.

The ideal candidate brings advanced research, survey experience, SPSS and Tableau skills, plus a strong statistics background. A Master’s degree with 6–10 years or a Bachelor’s with 8–12 years is required; Top Secret clearance

Qualifications

• Advanced research background with survey expertise.
• Experience with SPSS and Tableau for analysis and reporting.
• Strong statistics background, including descriptive statistics and factor/driver analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual Employee Climate Survey lifecycle for a large government Agency.
• Lead analysis, update scripts,QC reporting and briefing decks for senior leaders.
• Manage survey planning, communications, and program management across the lifecycle.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide insights to inform decisions.
