Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing and category management across Professional Services.
• Experience negotiating high-value MSAs, SOWs, and rate cards.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with spend analytics, market intelligence, and supplier data.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and uphold category strategies for Professional Services aligned with business priorities.
• Analyze internal spend, supplier landscapes, demand patterns, and external market intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, SLAs, and contractual conditions.
• Establish supplier segmentation and governance models based on spend and risk.
• Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to senior leaders across the organization.
• Ensure sourcing and contracting align with policies, authorities, and internal controls.
• Use analytics and performance metrics to inform decisions and measure value.
• Provide category expertise and mentorship to colleagues.
