Job summary

Hamilton Medical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supplier Development Specialist to own the strategic sourcing pipeline for ventilators, consumables, accessories, and raw materials.

This role intersects supply chain strategy, supplier development and cross-functional execution to identify risk, qualify new suppliers, and ensure timely delivery. You will lead end-to-end supplier development—onboarding, scorecards, corrective action, BOM risk analysis, and second-source qualification—while negotiating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of favorable terms.
• Experience presenting supply risk data to leadership and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the sourcing project pipeline across ventilators, consumables, accessories, and raw materials; manage timelines and milestones.
• Conduct BOM audits to identify single-source dependencies and drive second-source qualification.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers with structured, multi-criteria comparisons.
• Negotiate vendor contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Lead supplier performance management with scorecards and escalation triggers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Sr. Buyers to align sourcing with technical specs and regulatory standards.
