Hamilton Medical, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer II to advance supplier quality and development in a regulated medical device environment.

You will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet technical, quality, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in supplier quality or development, a engineering degree, and hands-on experience with audits, FAI, and data-driven improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing/engineering discipline.
• Experience with supplier audits, qualification, and FAI.
• Structured problem solving in QA/regulatory contexts.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality, delivery, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct supplier audits and onboarding, including first article inspections.
• Drive supplier capability improvements through data-driven analysis and plans.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Materials, and Engineering to mitigate risks.
• Support regulatory audits and maintain supplier QC documentation.
