Allegis Group Services, Inc. seeks a Sourcing Lead III to design and lead high-value procurement strategies for complex categories and to advise client organizations on transformational sourcing initiatives.

This senior role requires deep category management expertise, executive stakeholder influence, and the ability to develop supplier strategies while driving adoption of digital sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience with leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in category management and supplier strategy.
• Proven success in client advisory or procurement consulting roles.
• Advanced procurement certifications and/or MBA preferred.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and lead high-impact sourcing strategies for complex, high-value categories.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and procurement leadership.
• Lead strategic supplier negotiations, including multi-year agreements, risk mitigation, and innovation.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and mentor sourcing leads at all levels.
