Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to drive value through strategic sourcing across categories. You will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop and execute sourcing strategies, conduct market analyses, and negotiate favorable contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management or contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills with spend analysis and market research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for categories and projects.
• Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, spend analysis, and RFP events.
• Lead supplier negotiations and support contract development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast sourcing needs and align capabilities.
• Monitor trends and supplier performance to identify improvements.
• Manage sourcing projects from planning through execution with deadlines.
• Support implementation and optimization of sourcing tools and processes.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and foster a high-performing team.
