Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier initiatives, and drive procurement value across categories. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration in a global fintech environment.

You will conduct market research, spend analysis, lead supplier negotiations, and support contract development while guiding junior team members in a fast-paced organization. A Bachelor’s degree and strong analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with ability to influence across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories and projects to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Conduct market research, spend analysis, supplier evaluations, and competitive bid events to identify opportunities.
• Lead supplier negotiations and support contract development and management activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast sourcing needs and align supplier capabilities with goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and mentoring of team members.
