As a Sourcing Manager, you will lead sourcing and procurement initiatives that drive value, optimize supplier performance, and support organizational objectives. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop sourcing strategies, manage competitive bid events, negotiate contracts, and oversee supplier relationships. This role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and people management, requiring strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and experience leading procurement professionals.
The pay range for this full-time position is $96,020.00 - $163,230.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
