• 5+ years in strategic sales, business development, or project management.
• Proven success in managing complex sales initiatives and strategic accounts.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and data analysis platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates pricing strategies and proposals for large North American projects.
• Acts as executive client contact during pre-award phases.
• Leads post-award alignment between client and operations.
• Provides KPI dashboards and executive visibility through reporting.
• Oversees pursuit intelligence, benchmarking, and win strategy development.
