Job summary

A-LIGN is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Programs to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution. You will partner with executives to drive value across the organization, translating priorities into clear roadmaps, KPIs, and governance.

The role emphasizes AI transformation, executive reporting, and potential M&A integration support. This remote, full-time position reports to the VP of AI Transformation and Operations and requires strong program leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope, prioritize, and execute strategic growth initiatives with business leaders.
• Translate company priorities into roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and expected outcomes.
• Establish program governance, decision rights, cadences, and escalation paths.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, and benefits analyses to support key decisions.
• Lead AI discovery, pilots, and adoption across units; measure outcomes.
• Prepare concise, metrics-based updates for Executives and the Board; support strategy reviews.
• Support M&A integration planning and day-1 readiness (where applicable).
