A-LIGN Compliance and Security, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Programs to drive cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives.

You will partner with Executives to support and deliver key initiatives across the organization, translating strategy into execution and connecting work across silos. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of program management or strategic planning experience, with consulting background preferred.
• 2+ years operating experience in corporate/PE-backed environments.
• Track record leading cross-functional programs from scoping to measurable outcomes.
• Experience producing board-level materials in a metrics-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in B2B services or tech-enabled services; cybersecurity/regulated services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to scope, prioritize, and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and expected outcomes.
• Establish program governance, decision rights, leadership cadences, and escalation paths.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, and benefits analyses for key decisions.
• Lead new capabilities and operating processes from design through implementation and ownership.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Coordinate AI pilots and measure results across business units.
• Prepare metrics-based updates for Executives and Board insights.
• Lead annual strategic planning, linking priorities to budgets and hiring plans.
• Facilitate strategy reviews and leadership meetings; support org design and operating-model changes.
• Support M&A integration planning and Day 1 readiness when applicable.
