Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a senior consultant to assist with divisional planning and analytics. The role partners with leadership teams to execute business plans, align with divisional strategy, and analyze market information to support strategic decisions.

The position requires extensive experience in strategic planning, market research, and cross-department collaboration, with strong communication and project management skills. Base pay range and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with 5+ years in strategic planning, market research, network management or product development in health care.
Alternative: Master or Professional Degree with 4+ years in health care strategic areas or consulting.

Responsabilités

Identify tools to assess and track strategic opportunities.
Provide end-to-end report development, interfacing between internal business and technical or analytical teams to achieve goals.
Support a governance structure with leadership for evaluating strategic opportunities.
Identify opportunities to respond to divisional needs and align with HCSC strategy.
Interact with team members to identify issues, gather data, brainstorm, and share findings.
Maintain knowledge of systems, databases and sources for analytical requests.
