Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service seeks 8 Program Analysts to support USSTRATCOM/J53 at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, Nebraska. You will be a senior analyst and joint planner for conventional and nuclear integration (CNI) planning and strategic deterrence.

This Direct Hiring Authority role requires U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI access eligibility, and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Relocation is authorized; salary and federal benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of joint doctrine, regulatory policies, and military planning processes.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead studies or projects for conventional and CNI operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior analyst and operational planning team leader for CNI planning.
• Develop OPLANs and CONOPS supporting USSTRATCOM responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Joint Staff, USSTRATCOM, and other CCMDs to implement actions with substantial resources.
• Ensure security compliance for sensitive information and SCI access.
