Job summary

Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Microsoft Services Consulting to lead high-impact engagements for enterprise clients. This remote role blends delivery excellence with strategic advisory to meet client objectives and identify growth opportunities.

You will manage multi-stakeholder projects, ensure value delivery, and partner with internal teams to standardize delivery while expanding Microsoft cloud initiatives. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting and program management in an enterprise client-facing role.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and executive audiences.
• SDLC understanding and modern delivery methods (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall); Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic advisor to clients, aligning consulting solutions with business goals.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects across multiple industries.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Drive business development by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate executive-level communications and stakeholder reporting.
• Oversee financial performance of engagements, including billing, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and client satisfaction.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives for clients.
• Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, templates, and best practices.
