Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a related industry.
• PMP, PgMP or similar certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop program strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
• Design and implement long-term goals for project performance and oversee managers and staff.
• Promote professional development of team members through coaching and training.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, maintaining relationships and updates.
• Deliver detailed program reports to executives and external partners.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and forecast resource needs.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and assess risks for resources.
• Ensure outputs meet quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
