Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development and governance of the Self-Serve Modernization program plan.
• Align cross-functional roadmaps across IT, product, engineering, UX and operations.
• Develop executive-ready storyboards, business cases, and presentation materials for rapid decision-making.
• Translate program performance into actionable narratives for internal and external audiences; manage risks and issues.
• Champion AI-driven capabilities in the modernization roadmap to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
