Responsibilities

• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
• Monitor market conditions, price trends, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare reports on market conditions and merchandise costs.
• Ensure compliance with university policies in purchases and contracts.
• Develop specifications and scope of work for products and services.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and orders.
• Respond to inquiries about orders and resolve issues with suppliers.
