Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts to obtain lowest price and best value for the University.
• Review catalogs and sources to locate needed products and services.
• Research suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Monitor market conditions and price trends to inform purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and review requisitions, specs, and sourcing events.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and vendor requirements.
