Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 10 years of prior relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations
• Mastery level knowledge of Strategic Planning and Performance obtained through advanced education combined with experience
• Healthcare services or payer operations experience is strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of project management
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the annual strategic planning process and ensure the strategic direction of the Pharmacy program aligns with goals and objectives
• Work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to advance Pharmacy's strategic objectives and operational excellence
