This role builds sophisticated financial models, leads cross-functional teams, and translates insights into decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership, with a compensation package including base salary $190k-$220k and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Policy.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in philanthropy, nonprofit operations, finance, strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex philanthropic special projects, from problem definition through analysis, execution, and delivery.
• Manage projects involving strategic planning, operational assessments, financial modeling, and program evaluation.
• Structure ambiguous or evolving initiatives into clear workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
