Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field required.
4–7+ years of analytics, finance, strategy, consulting, or related experience.
Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects preferred.
Experience in professional services, philanthropy, or nonprofit environments a plus.

Responsibilities

Support execution of special projects from scoping to delivery.
Build and maintain financial models, analyses, and scenario analyses.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategic recommendations.
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Philanthropies to gather inputs and validate analyses.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across analytical outputs.
Contribute to improvements in analytical tools, templates, and processes.
