Job summary

Orbis is seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Advisor to lead program planning and evaluation for a US IC client. The role requires subject matter expertise, all-source analysis, and the ability to guide recommendations through implementation.

Expect interactions with senior stakeholders and occasional overseas travel. The position emphasizes analytical rigor, briefing skills, and a data-savvy approach to measuring performance and improving mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years consulting experience in IC or 10 years combined IC experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• Experience in South America AOR.
• Strong analytical and briefing skills.
• Familiarity with all-source intelligence analysis and report writing standards.

Responsibilities

• Consult with teammates and clients on development, prioritization, and implementation of process improvement and program evaluation tasks.
• Develop recommendations to enable achievement of vision across policy, processes, and training.
• Design and implement research to measure performance of organizational units and activities; create performance measures and data collection methods.
• Conduct document reviews, structured interviews, and gap analyses with stakeholder coordination.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to provide actionable insights.
• Socialize results with the team; prepare visual data presentations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership; brief senior customers on plans and findings.
• Perform all-source intelligence research, analysis, and reporting.
