Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior PLM Technical Program Manager to lead lifecycle planning and cross-functional program delivery across PLM/MCAD/ECAD and SAP domains. You will coordinate with engineering, product, and manufacturing teams to define scope, create detailed plans, and drive on-time delivery.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications, contributing to a scalable PLM platform for satellite manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Product Lifecycle Management PDM/PLM/MCAD and ECAD system implementation projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product and feature requirements across MCAD, ECAD, Manufacturing, and SAP domains.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage escalations or mis-alignments when there are risks to delivering committed services with high quality; manages tradeoff decisions with key stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholder teams to determine the appropriate escalation, review process, and resolution for delivery blockers.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
