Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own a high-ambition portfolio of strategic programs that scale logistics into new business lines and customer segments. You will define the problem space, build the strategy, and lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and regulatory teams.

You will operate with high visibility, partnering with senior leaders to drive end-to-end delivery and impact on long-term mission objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program, project, or product management or leading product implementation.
• 5+ years of data analysis using Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau or equivalent.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in global supply chain management with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proven strategy ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic programs portfolio that sits outside steady-state scope and requires leadership to define, plan, and deliver.
• Define problems and build strategy for emerging programs with leadership to scope opportunities and risks.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships across organizations as a trusted partner in ambiguity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, regulatory, legal, business development and external partners.
• Manage a rolling portfolio; ramp on new domains as programs mature and transition to ops teams.
• Represent the organization in cross-organizational forums and new business engagements.
