Autodesk, Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Operational Workforce Planning, translating business demand into talent supply and driving data-driven planning practices across the organization.

You will steer cross-functional programs with Workday Adaptive Planning, Finance, PISD, and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate headcount planning and alignment with business objectives.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in operations, planning, and programs.
• Deep expertise in program governance and optimization.
• Translate strategic plans into executable processes and actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and reporting experience.
• Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning and/or similar tools.
• Experience with program/project tools such as Airtable, Miro, Smartsheet.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and manage operational Workforce Planning frameworks and playbooks.
• Lead annual planning cycles across units, Finance, and HR.
• Governance of operational planning processes with transparency and accountability.
• Design and optimize workflows for headcount planning and reporting with IT, Finance, and PISD.
• Manage roadmap to improve Workday Adaptive Planning model and tools.
• Develop and track metrics to measure planning accuracy and variances.
• Collaborate with Finance and Talent Acquisition on workforce demand and hiring plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align priorities and drive execution improvements.
• Benchmark and analyze planning practices for continuous improvement.
• Build capability among People Business Partners to strengthen planning maturity.
