USfalcon is seeking a Joint Military Planner, Journeyman to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. The role focuses on joint operations, planning, and assessment to align national objectives with campaign plans.

The candidate will apply experience to support senior leaders with strategic analysis, briefings, and risk assessments. Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, with a path tied to DoD and Joint Staff practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the Office of the Secretary of War and/or Joint Staff fields.
• Experience with National Military Strategy, National Defense Strategy, and Global Campaign Plans.
• Experience in Joint/Combined operations and mission analysis.
• PME Phase 2 graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide graduate-level quality analysis of USSTRATCOM core mission areas.
• Participate in operations planning teams for Global Campaign Plan and campaign plans.
• Develop strategy-to-task frameworks linking strategy to operational activities.
• Produce commander's estimates and perform mission analysis.
• Analyze diplomatic, military, economic, readiness, and cost data to measure progress.
