USfalcon, Inc. is seeking a Senior Military Operations Planner to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. The role focuses on developing and refining strategic and operational plans, integrating national guidance with campaign plans, and producing senior-level briefs and written products.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoD operations planning background, JOPP experience, and a track record of delivering high-quality analyses to senior leaders. TS/SCI clearance is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in military operations planning and analysis.
• Familiarity with JOPP, deterrence theory, and crisis planning methodologies.
• Ability to produce graduate-level briefs and reports with rigorous analysis.
• Experience coordinating with Joint Staff, CCMDs, interagency and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Apply expert knowledge of JOPP and crisis planning to develop and refine plans.
• Enter defendable assessments into databases and maintain campaign/ops assessments.
• Produce high-quality briefs and written products for senior leaders.
• Conduct mission analysis for CCMD-level operations and planning teams.
• Collaborate with Joint Staff, CCMDs, and international partners on integration.
