Job summary

Gilbane Building seeks a Senior Technology Business Partner to lead User Support as a consultative, business-aware IT service organization, aligning IT outcomes with business priorities and enterprise standards.

You will work with business leaders and corporate IT to understand needs, shape scalable solutions, oversee service delivery, and drive continuous improvement through automation and modern tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 9–11+ years in IT user support or service delivery leadership.
• ITIL, PMP, SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of business workflows and challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Act as a consultative advisor to clarify problems before solutions.
• Partner with corporate IT to design and prioritise enterprise solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end user support services and improve service delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement, automation, and modernization efforts.
