Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance required.
• Strong experience with multi-channel inventory planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and communicate financial and inventory plans across channels.
• Forecast demand and manage forward-looking inventory strategies (OTB).
• Monitor in-stock levels, turn and GMROI, and adjust replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with site management, planning, DC, and ecommerce teams to optimize results.
• Provide leadership and mentor teams on inventory best practices.
