Job summary

This Category Coordination role supports the Buyers and Merchandising Department to maximize product assortments by coordinating with cross functional teams, ensuring accuracy of SKUs, weights, descriptions and photography.

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across departments.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining product data (SKUs, weights, descriptions, photography).
• Ability to manage purchase orders and vendor communications with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Weekly maintenance of Purchase Order Log.
• Review and resolve PO discrepancies, price variances, and quality control issues with DC collaboration.
• Coordinate vendor samples and vault integrity; manage annual sample inventory.
• Support omnichannel by ensuring product is added to the website with Ecommerce team.
