Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field with 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans with defined scope, objectives, dependencies and schedules.
• Coordinate ownership, track progress, and clarify next steps across teams.
• Liaise between departments and leadership, providing regular updates on progress and risks.
• Track progress, measure performance, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify obstacles, implement mitigation strategies and maintain momentum.
• Drive process improvements by sharing lessons learned and optimizing workflows.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Communicate with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and summarize outcomes.
