Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of professional work experience in program management, coordination, strategic planning, policy analysis, business analysis, or digital service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or support cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in translating complex information visually, orally, and in writing.
• Experience compiling and analyzing operational data and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Experience with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, and ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives within the FAMLI Division.
• Incubate incubation projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data to support program decisions and improve processes.
• Develop and refine processes to enhance the delivery of paid family and medical leave.
• Translate the Division's vision into actionable execution plans.
