• Experience compiling and analyzing operational data and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Experience with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, and ClickUp.

This Program Manager II (Senior Strategic Initiatives Analyst) position supports Maryland's new Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program by leading cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives within the FAMLI Division. The role involves managing incubation projects, analyzing operational data, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and developing processes to enhance the delivery of paid family and medical leave to Maryland workers. The position is based in Baltimore and serves as part of the Strategic Initiatives Implementation team that translates the Division's vision into execution.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 5 years of professional work experience in program management, program coordination, strategic planning, policy analysis, business analysis, or digital service delivery
• Demonstrated ability to lead or support cross-functional projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
