Paycom - ATS is seeking a Senior Director of Hospital Engagement in Austin to lead the strategy for growing and optimizing the hospital network within USA MCO. You will engage C-suite leaders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape contracting and network planning across multiple regions.

You will oversee performance metrics, provider relations, and integration with claims systems, while traveling domestically to meetings and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; health admin/business/public policy preferred.
• 8–10 years in hospital network development or provider strategy.
• Experience guiding national or regional hospital contracting strategies; executive-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital contracting strategy aligned with market expansion goals.
• Identify target facilities and health systems using data and market intel.
• Negotiate with C-level hospital executives and legal teams.
• Oversee a multi-region pipeline and track contracting progress.
• Represent USA MCO at executive events and industry conferences.
• Coach teams in negotiation strategy and provider relations.
• Ensure integration of new providers into claims and billing systems.
• Deliver data-driven insights on network gaps and performance.
