Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a detail‑oriented Account Manager at its Austin HQ to lead front-line client relationships, including HR leadership, brokers, and C-level partners. You will analyze plans, recommend strategies, and ensure superior service, plan effectiveness, and retention, while identifying upsell opportunities for FB G products.

The role requires 5+ years in group medical insurance, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a Life and Health license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the group medical insurance field.
• Three to five years of experience in Health plan administration and/or payroll cycle benefit plan administration.
• Life and Health Agent's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the front-line relationship with clients, including HR leadership, brokers, and C-level partners.
• Analyze and assess benefit plans, recommend strategies, and ensure high service levels and plan effectiveness.
• Support renewal processes and upsell FB G products where appropriate.
• Provide data-driven insights and generate system reports for enrollments, terms, and plan changes.
